Learn how to create one-time email broadcasts/blasts that market to your audience. This article will walk you through setting up your first email broadcast and making the most of this amazing feature!

What Are Email Broadcasts?
Email broadcasts are instant or timed email blasts that you send out to your audience! Examples include:
- One-off announcements, discounts, offers
- Timed announcements for certain dates like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.!
Creating Your First Email Broadcast
Step 1: Business Address Setup
Before sending your first email, make sure you've added your business address:
- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Account"
- Enter your business address (required by law for marketing emails)
- Click "Save Information"
Step 2: Select Email Marketing in the sidebar and click Broadcast
- Navigate to "Email marketing" on the left sidebar.
- Click Broadcast
Click the Send New Email button on the right:

Personalizing Your Emails
Make your emails more engaging with these personalization options:
{customer_first_name}
- Adds the customer's first name{customer_last_name}
- Adds the customer's last name{product_name}
- Inserts the purchased product name{my_name}
- Includes your name{my_username}
- Includes your username
