How to Cancel Your Pillar Subscription

How to Cancel Your Pillar Account

  1. Log in to Pillar
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Find your subscription under "All Products" or "Active" in the "Your Subscriptions & Add-ons" panel
  4. Click the "Cancel" button for your subscription

Pillar will send you a confirmation email when your account has been cancelled!


How to Reactivate Your Pillar Account

Ready to come back? Just login to reactivate your Pillar account:

  1. Login to Pillar
  2. Head over to Settings > Billing
  3. Find your subscription under "All Products" or "Active" in the "Your Subscriptions & Add-ons" panel
  4. Click the "Restart" button for your subscription

Is there any way to pause my account?
