Facebook Page Not Appearing When Connecting

If your Facebook Page isn't showing up in the connection modal, it's almost always because the Page isn't linked to a Business Portfolio. Work through these steps in order.

Step 1: Make sure the Page is in a Business Portfolio (most common cause)

Our system only lists Pages that belong to a Meta Business Portfolio (Business Manager / Business Account). A standalone or personal Page will not appear, even if you're an admin.

  1. Go to business.facebook.com and log in.
  2. Open Business Settings → Accounts → Pages.
  3. Confirm your Page is listed there. If it isn't, click Add → Add a Page (or ask the Page owner to add it to their portfolio).

If your Page has never been added to any Business Portfolio, this is the fix — add it, then try connecting again.

Step 2: Confirm you have business-level access to the Page

Being a classic "Page admin" is not enough on its own — your access has to be granted through the Business Portfolio.

  1. In Business Settings → Pages, select the Page.
  2. Under People (and Partners, if the Page is owned by another business), confirm your account is assigned with Full control, or at least Facebook access with content and insights tasks.
  3. If you only have partial/limited access (e.g. Analyst or Advertiser-type tasks), ask the Page owner to grant you Full control.

If you're a manager connecting on behalf of a client: the client (Page owner) must add the Page to a Business Portfolio and assign you a business role on it. Classic page-admin access alone will leave the Page hidden from the modal.

Step 3: Grant access to the specific Page during connection

When you connect, Facebook shows its own screens asking which Pages and permissions to share. This is where Pages most often get dropped.

  1. Start the connection from within the app.
  2. On Facebook's "What do you want to allow…" screen, choose Opt in to all current and future Pages — or explicitly check the specific Page you want to connect.
  3. On the permissions screen, leave all requested permissions enabled (Page management, content access, insights). Turning any off can hide or break the Page.

Still not showing up?

If the Page is in a Business Portfolio, you have Full control, and you've granted all permissions on a fresh reconnect, contact support and include the Page name and the email used to connect — we'll check it from our side.
