Help! Stripe Is Requesting More Information From Me

There are a few of reasons why Stripe might require more information from you. Don't worry! Most of the time this issue is resolved quickly.

If you see a message like the one above, follow these two quick steps to get your account fixed:

  • Go to https://support.stripe.com/ and click “Contact support”
  • Start a chat (ask for an agent / human being ASAP) or a call, and say you a message about more information required or increased risk on your account
